Never disappoints
I have purchased furniture before at Home Living and once again, Sam got us exactly what we were looking for. I have been looking for a dining room table for some time, as I am kind of picky and know exactly what I want. Sam was able to order one from a manufacturer that they did not have in their store! I can't wait until it arrives, hopefully by Christmas. Sadly the store is closing, which is upsetting because it truly does have the best selection around. The online site will stay open, so do not hesitate to visit it. You will not be disappointed, the prices are great and the selection is incomparable.

Love the furniture, great job in fixing a couple of concernbs
We received our furniture about 2 weeks ago. We love how it looks, and the fact that it is a power recliner with power headrests. We think it looks great in our home (see enclosed picture). We had 2 concerns regarding the furniture. First, we were promised a battery for the loveseat, to get rid of the wires required to plug it into the outlet on the wall. The battery was not included with the delivery. Second, one recliner on the loveseat developed a squeak when reclining. We are happy to say that our salesman, Ron, was able to arrange for the installers to come yesterday and deliver the battery and fix the recliner. They came on time, and were able to do both. We are very satisfied.

Chaise Chairs
10 Star Review - The store kept me informed on the process of my order. I was called to set up delivery since I am out of state. On the delivery day - the delivery guys also called to keep me updated throughout the day. The delivery was running late and that was alright because they communicated that with me! When they arrived they carried the chaise chairs upstairs to the spa, unpackaged them, put them together, made sure everything was perfect, had me sign for the delivery, and then they even took the garbage with them. I was shocked - this is unheard of anymore. I will say I did pay $100 more per chaise compared to other stores but I guarantee I would never get this customer service anywhere else. I am in IL and I will definitely purchase from Home Living again just based on customer service alone. The delivery guys were professional, kind, and amazing! I did not catch their names but I want to be sure they are recognized for the job they do and know that they are very much appreciated. :) I won't buy furniture anywhere else. Great Furniture Buying Experience
We just purchased new family room furniture today from Home Living. Our experience was so much better than all of the other furniture stores we have visited. Firstly, Sam Falcone, our salesman, was helpful but not pushy. We appreciated his knowledge about the stock, fabrics and availability, however he did not hover. The store itself had an enormous selection to choose from. and the quality seemed so much better. We ended up purchasing a set that we were able to customize with our choice of fabric. This was such a plus because we could not find in stock anywhere, the color that we were looking for. The price difference was not all that much, but it is a bonus being able to get exactly what we want. We also ordered an accent chair with a custom coordinating fabric. They had hundreds of fabric choices. We will receive our set in 8-10 weeks and cannot wait! It was such a nice experience and we will definitely be back for more furniture. Furniture purchase and delivery transaction
Ordering process is efficient and customer friendly, fulfillment was held up due to pandemic circumstances but once the furniture was received by home living delivery dates were established and delivery to DE went well. The delivery company was experienced and setup went better than expected. We had a minor technical issue with the reclining sofa which was addressed and solved quickly. Huey Twin Bed and Nightstand- excellent customer service
I purchased a Huey Twin Sleigh bed and nightstand online. The next day I was contacted and made arrangements for delivery once the furniture arrived from the distributer. When the item arrived the boxes were sealed but a piece was missing. I called in and immediately received help. I applied this company for their amazing customer service! Beautiful!
This is great desk for family use. It keeps everyone together in an age where people always have their nose in the phone or computer. Since there are 2 sides set up so that each person has their own work space. The t shape or peninsula can be used for a small third desk area if somebody sits at the end of it. If your kids are home schooled this is a perfect desk for that. Small business owners will appreciate using this desk. Only con I see is that your keyboard has to sit on top of the desk because no slide out keyboard tray was incorporated into the design. There is really no way to add one either because of the drawer and curved design under the desk top. I bought a monitor riser so I can stow the keyboard under it to make more desktop space when needed. Also this desk is a real wood beauty unlike most laminated and wood look surfaces sold these days so make sure you get a desk top mat or blotter to write on or work on because it won't take the abuse of a laminate surface.

The easiest and most efficient ordering process. Saw the sofa bed, ordered it on Wednesday and it was delivered before 10AM on Friday. Couldn't be more pleased. The above referenced furniture I ordered was delivered today. It arrived at exactly the time you notified me it would be here. I am very pleased to tell you that the furniture is perfect, the delivery men were very polite and efficient in assembling the pieces ordered. All in all it was a pleasant experience from my first visit to Home Living where salesman Terri greeted me and assisted me with the purchases I was making. No high pressure sales pitch, just a really nice person who listened to what I was looking for and was more than accommodating. I would recommend Home Living to anyone looking for great furniture and very professional and caring personnel.

Two rooms of furniture!
John McGrath was our salesman. He was very helpful. John had extensive knowledge about the furniture that we wanted to buy. He told us about the features and quality of the furniture.He reviewed our order with us to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. We were given a delivery date and were surprised when they told us they could deliver it earlier. That was great! The delivery men were polite, fast, and very careful! They did a fantastic job and left our home neat and clean. John followed up with a phone call to make sure that we were 100% satisfied. He also told us to call anytime if there was an issue. We have no issues and don't anticipate any. John also told us that if we ever damaged our furniture, they had personnel that could fix it. It was a very good experience for us! Thank you, Christol M.

Delivery was for 8/5 between 11am and 2pm Truck arrived 1:30 Two guys placed and assembled in one hour cleaned up and left house spotless. We were greeted by a very friendly sales representative, Barbara, who helped answer any questions that we had about pieces in the store. Superb Customer Service
My husband and I purchased a leather sectional with two recliners and a chaise lounge. Once it was delivered, we decided we would prefer another recliner in one of the armless pieces for optimum seating. We called back the next day and it was no big deal for them to change out the piece for us. Unfortunately when the recliner arrived, it wouldn't open properly and there was a little hidden damage at the bottom. We called them right up and Lisa Jo said she would take care of it and she ordered a replacement. Both times the pieces were in within a matter of a few days. After having the furniture for about two weeks, we noticed damage on the bottom of the chaise. We called again and I sent Lisa Jo pictures of the damage and once again, she said she would take care of it and she has ordered us a replacement. In a time when I feel we have to fight everything little thing, it has been such a pleasure to be told something will be taken care of and it is!

Homeliving has excellent service and pricing on numerous brand name furniture pieces. Barbara Dwyer is an excellent consultant! She is very professional, has excellent taste, and suggestions to solve every furniture need. I return to her time and time again. Having purchased over $15,000 worth of furniture from Homeliving over the last year, my suggestion would be to have a consultation area, with a 55"+ monitor where Manufactuers web pages could be reviewed easily, since none of the pieces I purchased were from their floor displays.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Leo and his partner, the men who delivered our wall unit. The piece was very large, heavy and ungainly (although beautiful). It actually amazed me that the two of them succeeded in getting it off the truck (The truck was not equipped with a ramp or an elevator). They needed to call in a third person, Tomas to assist them in moving this piece up 15 stairs to our loft. With much effort, they succeeded in this without either damaging the piece or marking our wall or banister. They worked very hard and they deserve kudos for their ethic and their professionalism.

We ordered an entertainment center by phone. Barabara was very helpful on the phone and helped explain the different pieces that comprised the unit, as well as how it compared with other pieces we were considering. She was very easy to work with and our furniture was exactly as described. The only hitch was with delivery in that deliveries to our area are limited to 2 days a week. However, the store was very helpful in trying to accommodate us, as was the delivery service. The delivery service also did a great job of assembling the unit and removing the packing material. First let me just start off by saying that the quality and deals that Home Living offers is phenomenal. Nowhere else can you find a combination of the two. But on top of that - their service is top notch. I purchased a mattress from Home Living and after 2 years it began developing a dip. I contacted Home Living to discuss, and sent a few pictures of what the problem was. Within a day I had received an email stating that they would replace it - for free! This just speaks to the level of their customer service and care. From a quality, price, and service standpoint you can't beat this place. I recommend it to all of my friends (and it doesn't hurt that I get some rewards through their refer-a-friend program. If you're shopping for furniture and want a great deal, this is the place to go. You won't be sorry.

On October 24, 2013, I had the pleasure of shopping at Home Living . I was even more fortunate in having Gina M as my sales rep. I was shopping for a sleeper/sofa and Gina provided me with guidance and design suggestions. I had just moved into a small house and my family was flying in for the Thanksgiving holiday. I needed a sleeper sofa and I needed it within 30 days. Although, this couch was a custom order, Gina did everything she could do to get me my purchase by Thanksgiving. She tracked the production and shipment, made many calls and most importantly kept me up to date on the status. Mother nature decided to get into the act and brought us a Nor'Easter slowing up delivery. However, on Tuesday of Thanksgiving week, my beautiful couch arrived. I have been been furnishing homes for over 30 years and know that custom orders take more time to receive. However, the dedication and persistence in getting my order to me went above and beyond Gina's responsibility. Her interest in my order did not end after I signed the sales receipt on October 24th. Gina is the reason people continue to shop at Home Living. There is no price tag that can be placed on personal service. I recently went back to shop for (4) dining room chairs. This is a small purchase in comparison to furnishing an entire room. However, Gina treated me like my purchase was important and provided me with the same quality service I received before. I look forward to more shopping experiences at Home Living and working with Gina M again and again!

The only place we shop for furniture
We found Home Living when we moved to the area and needed to furnish several rooms in our home. Five years later, this is still the only stop we make when we need furniture. They go out of their way to make sure you get what you're looking for at a reasonable price. We always head straight for Terry. He's incredibly helpful and is never pushy. The level of customer service we get from both him and Deepak can't be beat - They really go above and beyond. The store has a great showroom, but they will also help you go through countless catalogs until you find something that suits you and your needs. We recommend Home Living to people all the time without any hesitation!

couldnt be happier with my bar and stools. The stools i originally ordered did not match. I was allowed to order new ones, no questioned asked even though the mistake was my fault. I was in the store several times and the salesman spent a lot of time with me going through catalog after catalog. was so happy with service, i bought a tv console as well.

Hello: Both Lisajo and Richard were excellent, attentive to our needs. Lisajo kept me abreast of the situation and Richard was professional and efficient when he was at my home (even took his shoes off as to not track snow, etc into house). Only issue was length of time to complete repair. This should be a 5 star review, as both people I worked with are 5 star caliber representatives of the company. Yes, I would still shop at your place

Dear Mr. Stagliano, It was a pleasure working with you! We take customer satisfaction very seriously here at Home Living Furniture. As the Manager of the Customer Service Division, I strive to set, meet and exceed several different goals, chief among those goals is speed in satisfying my customers needs. Unfortunately, there are times when my ability to solve a customer issue promptly is held hostage to the furniture manufacturer's ability to supply me with parts. This, I am sad to say, was the case with your recliners. The manufacturer was experiencing an extreme back order in their stock of parts due in part to the fact that their parts are made in Italy. I felt so badly that you were inconvenienced that we sent our upholsterer Rich to you to see if he could fix the recliners by reworking their original parts. He gave it his best effort, but finally had to admit that the only way to remedy the issue would be with an installation of new parts. And so you and I were made to wait... I do thank you for your lovely compliment. A five star rating is something I aim for. I am also very happy to know that you would come back to our store again. Excellent furniture store.
Recently bought a dining room set which was recommended by a friend of mine. I loved the eclectic fashion choices n the staff that worked there. Amazing results
HLF was able to find and deliver to me a beautiful Hooker entertainment console and hutch that no one else had and even the manufacturer said was no longer available. I saw it in a catalogue in another store but was met with a dead end when I attempted to order it as the piece was no longer in production. I had my heart set on this entertainment center, so I began calling furniture stores all over the United States (LITERALLY), and HLF was the only business willing to help me find the piece. Alan was persistent in his determination to fulfill my heart's desire to have this gorgeous piece of furniture (I wish I could post a picture). It took more than a week, and I had resigned myself to having to go with a far inferior piece, but Alan came through. He simply would not give up, and he gave me an amazing deal on a very expensive piece of furniture. The piece is magnificent and of outstanding quality; the customer service was excellent beyond any other experience I have ever had with a retailer; and the delivery from New Jersey to Georgia was quicker than expected, perfect and professional. When they say "white-glove delivery," they mean "white-glove delivery." I cannot give enough accolades to Alan and his team at HLF for their efforts that went far above and beyond in taking care of a customer. I will be a customer for life and recommend them to everyone I know without a hint of reservation.

Best service in town!
After our great experience with Terry, Deepak and Jackie in October 2011, we were fortunate to return to Home Living on November 11, 2012. We needed just a small kitchen set, but were treated as professionally and respectfully as if we were placing a huge order. Although they are a higher end store than the many smaller ones along Route 9 (that seem to come and go every few weeks), their pricing is just as competitive and their service outshines everyone else. Below is our last review:5.0 star rating10/28/2011Terry, Deepak and Jackie are living proof of what great customer appreciation and service should be. The true mark of a professional company is how they handle any problems that may arise. The reclining mechanism on the sofa we bought was broken. Although they were going to immediately have it fixed (and it was a simple fix), we told them that we actually decided that we'd prefer a larger sofa. Not only did they let us pick out a replacement, they also also allowed us to use the existing sofa for the meantime.
